rooms were cleane good and not too expencive
aircon in my room did work badly and hotel is long way from city 15-20 min walk not for families with small childrens becauce distance and dirtines of naiborhood

The staff is very friendly, the room was nice and was cleaned every day.I had a computer with free internet in my room, it was realy great. I think, it is the beest conditions for this money.. Not so far from Bangla Road and from the road to Phuket town.
It's a bit far from the beach, but for me it was ok.

The bellboy was very friendly and helpful
Reception staff not overly friendly. Insisted on me paying for condoms and green tea after minibar check. I did not touch these items...

Excellent 24hr staff, rooms cleaned immaculate.
On website it stated the single room had internet but was not correct. No problem because free internet near reception.

the room is big, with computer and free internet.
no elevator, poor location, with around 15 minutes to beach by walking, and the road is not good.

It was cheap, they advertised the room as a fan room but I had air conditioning! It's a 10 minute walk to bangla road / major shopping centre. Kettle, tv/dvd player and hot shower was also good.
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in. The staff werent overly friendly and when I asked about the restaurant underneath they said they had closed (and it was only 6pm) ..... however it appeared open. The "roof bar/restaurant" was closed and looked like it had been that way for a while.
